About Northlakes Veterinary Hospital

In 2003, one of our principals, Dr Ian McBride, stood in Mango Hill, looked out across the wallaby paddock that was to become North Lakes, and declared that this would be a great site for a new Veterinary Hospital. The rest of us thought he was crazy.

On April Fool’s Day 2007, the North Lakes Veterinary Hospital opened. In the intervening years, Ian convinced the rest of us it was a good idea, then we had to compete for the right to build the practice. Our building and proposal was determined by the owners of the North Lakes development to be superior to all others.

Highly highly recommend North Lakes Vet to anyone looking for a good vet. They were recommended to me and it is the best recommendation I have had. The care they give to your fur babies is truly excellent. I was surprised when I received a follow up phone call the next day to see how my cats were after their last appointment. Truly grateful to Dr Pete and Maddy for staying back after closing when my cat had a reaction after his vaccination. Thank you for your care and dedication in doing a outstanding job.
